Which row of seats is closest to the stage?

Row A is closest to the stage.

PayPal is not accepting my card?

If you have a PayPal account associated with your email, you must use PayPal to purchase tickets.  If you try to use another credit card, it will not allow you to make a payment.

How do I purchase a student or senior ticket?

After entering the number of seats you wish to purchase, you will be directed to a “Get Tickets” page.  You will have the option to choose how many tickets of each type to purchase.

Can I choose my own seats?

Yes, you can either let the system choose for you or choose your own seats.  When you are first directed to the page with the seating chart, the system default is to assign you the number of seats you are requesting.  If you want those seats, simply press “next.”  If you want different seats, click on “Let me choose my seats.”   First unclick the default choice and then click on the ones you wish to purchase and hit save these seats.  NOTE: it is very important that you unclick the default seats before hitting save because if you do not, the default seats will remain in your cart.   Then click next.

What if I have any questions about ticket orders?

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy a ticket?

You may pay either through a PayPal account or by making a one-time credit or debit card purchase through the PayPal site. For either option, follow the prompts to check out with PayPal.  This will lead you to the “Order Summary Page” which has section called “Choose a way to pay.”  The first option is to pay with your PayPal account.  Below that there is a second option titled “Don’t have a PayPal account?” Click on this to make a one time credit or debit card payment.

What is the convenience fee?

The convenience fee is a percentage of each ticket (based on the pre-discount adult rate) and covers the cost to New Players of purchasing through PayPal.

How will the charge appear on my credit or debit card?

The charge will appear as PAYPAL *NPCASS SAN JOSE CA

Can I pay with a check?

Yes, you may send a check to RHS to the attention of Dr. Meg Schaefer.  However, with this option you will not be able to choose your seat.

How do I buy tickets the day of the show?

The online box office closes 24 hours before the performance.  After that, tickets can only be purchased at the box office just prior to the show.  A notice will be placed on the box office tab if the performance is sold out.

Can I purchase seats to more than one performance in a single transaction?

Yes.  When you get to the cart page, instead of clicking “check out now”, click on “See more events by RHS New Players” and then click on the show to get back to the first page.

Are the tickets refundable?

No, the tickets are not refundable.

How will I receive my tickets?

The tickets will be at the box office in your name.  Tickets will be held until show time at which time they may be sold to stand-by patrons.

Why does my confirmation show a seat number when it is a general admission event?

When purchasing a seat for a general admission event, please ignore the seat number as it is for accounting purposes only.
